Hello:

Create Now! is celebrating some firsts with this email.

For the first time since our inception ten years ago, we're introducing Create Now! to lots of new people who don't know us. In short, we help change the lives of the most troubled youth in Southern California through creative arts mentoring. These are kids who are

  • abused, neglected, orphaned
  • runaways or homeless
  • victims of domestic violence
  • foster children or teen parents
  • in group homes, gangs, or jail

It's also the first time that Create Now! is offering a fabulous night of music to support our work (see the flyer, below).

Who: Jazz for Peace

What: Jazz and Bossa Nova with Rick DellaRatta & special guests

Where: Catalina Bar & Grill; 6725 W. Sunset Blvd., Hollywood, CA

When: Sunday, June 4th at 7:30 pm and 9:30 pm

How: Tickets $ 30; click here to buy

If you like jazz and support our efforts, why not join us?

Find out more about Create Now!, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that's helped more than 6,500 problematic kids in the past decade.  Any support (monetary or otherwise) is most welcome, and all donations are tax deductible.

We hope that helping these troubled kids - and jazz - strikes a chord with you!  Come celebrate some of our firsts, get jazzed, and help change a child's life.
